The Loyalty Program is a level-based rewards system. Players hold one of the levels below and move up automatically as they accumulate Comp Points (CP).
- Levels change as soon as the required number of CP is reached.
- All rewards are calculated on real-money play only. Bets placed with bonus funds do not earn CP and do not count toward cashback.
- CP are earned from real-money wagering at the following rate: 1 CP = €20 in real-money bets in slots and 1 CP = €200 in real-money bets in live / crash games.

- To achieve Level 11, a player should collect 1,500,000 CP. The prizes for this level are €3,000 cash bonus with a x5 wager and 10% daily cashback (min sum is €500, max is €2,000) with a x10 wager.
- To achieve Level 12, a player should collect 2,500,000 CP. The prizes for this level are €5,000 cash bonus with a x3 wager and 15% daily cashback (min sum is €750, max is €3,000) with a x5 wager.
Cashback amount = (Total real bets − Total real wins) × Cashback % / 100. Only real-money play is counted.
Cashback is credited to players' accounts daily or weekly (depending on the Loyalty Level) between 10:00 and 12:00 UTC.
